We will never force you to do any practices that you feel will cross your boundaries. There is a sweet spot between honouring your boundaries and stepping out of your comfort zone. We will encourage you to find that ‘tender edge’ because that is where growth and healing happens. And we would also offer some alternate ways to do any specific meditation/practice/movement so that it is easy for all age levels and body types.
